The widely acclaimed and highly anticipated film documenting the inner workings of Vogue premiered last night, August 19th, at the MoMA. While all September Issues of Vogue are a big deal, the documentary specifically chronicled the making of the publication's record breaking 2007 September edition. Weighing 4 pounds, the primer fall magazine yielded the highest ad revenue in Vogue history and sold thirteen million copies. With that said, you know they were not half stepping at the door. Attendees were prompt and the creme de la creme of the fashion industry. No drunk pop stars over here!
Anna Wintour, Vogue Editor-in-Chief, and Siena Miller, September 2007 Cover girl, arrived together 15 minutes early.
Anna's daughter, Bee, had to remind her to put her stunna' shades on for the red carpet.
Anna & Donna (Karan).
I love Donna. She is always tanned with a relaxed yet sophisticated look.
Oh Donna.
Grace Coddington, Vogue Creative Director, and R.J. Cutler, the film's director.
Although Anna Wintour's name is in the title, word on street is that Mrs. Grace was the strongest character in the documentary.
Totally off topic: Doesn't this photo remind you of those department store portraits you used to get back in the day with your family?
Vogue staffers were forced to wear Fashion's Night Out t shirts at the event. (Brutal)

I think it's Maggie's lean and the strappy heels.
